I am/was a MVS user when I had my Volvo 760 and was contacted to consider joining so now that this forum exists I thought I'd enlist.
I have an Audi A4 B7 Avant at present but plan to buy a friend's '07 Golf TDI so it will be relevant. I have a question:
I have just replaced the rear wash/wipe of my Audi as it was working intermittently and the boot (trunk) lock was also misbehaving. It was water ingress into the motor which was then dripping into the lock mechanism. Is this a known defect with VW motors too?
Build it and they will come...
