Today I pulled new thermo switch out and with the wires hooked up I heated the thermo switch with a propane soldering torch and the fans came on at low speed @85*C and the high speed fans came on at 99*C . I read the temperature with a IR heat gun
so all is good.

Hi Gang, 10/1991 Eurovan 5 cyl gas auto My radiator fans don't come on at all I jumped the wires on the thermo switch on the top right side of the radiator and the fans run. Hi Gang,
I'm wondering about the water pump on a 1993 Eurovan.
Did the water pumps have metal or plastic impellor?
Is there any way to find out with out taking the pump off?
